These Terms of Service govern your use of greengoodsdistribution.com and any purchase made through this site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, unit weights, materials, and case counts. Product images are representative; natural fiber products may vary slightly in color and texture between production batches. Specifications are subject to change.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including orders where a product has been listed at an incorrect price.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. By submitting an order you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Product Use & Suitability

Our products are intended for foodservice use as described on each product page. Temperature limits, microwave and freezer suitability, and material composition are listed per product and should be followed. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a product meets the requirements of their jurisdiction, operation, or contract before purchase.

6. Environmental Claims

Our sugarcane bagasse products are compostable in commercial composting facilities. Our clear PET lids are recyclable, not compostable. Availability of composting and recycling facilities varies by locality and is outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, and the Green Goods Distribution name and logo, is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or profits.
