Shipping policy

We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

Handling Time

Orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Orders placed after 2pm ET or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Carriers & Tracking

USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on carton size. Tracking is provided on every order.

Transit Time

2–7 business days depending on destination. Transit time is separate from handling time.

Shipping Cost

Calculated at checkout based on carton weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. Our products are bulky and lightweight, so carriers price them on dimensional weight rather than actual weight.

Free Local Delivery

If you are within 20 miles of our Manhattan location, we deliver free on our own trucks. Local delivery is applied automatically at checkout.

Address Accuracy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please verify it before ordering — we cannot reroute a package once it has been collected by the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

Photograph the carton and contents and contact us within 30 days. We will refund or replace at no cost to you, and in most cases will not require the item to be returned.
