Refund policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition.
Once a carton or bag has been opened, the product cannot be resold and is not eligible for return.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping on change-of-mind returns.

How to Start a Return

Email info@greengoodsdistribution.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method for eligible returns. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photograph of the carton and contents. We will refund or replace at no cost to you, and in most cases will not require the item to be returned. This applies regardless of whether the carton has been opened.
